At Lumin's Workshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
